• The client receives a limited license for personal and/or commercial use, as agreed in the contract.

Permitted Use

The client may:

• Share the content on social media
• Use it for personal purposes
• Promote their event or brand (if applicable)

Restricted Use

Without prior written consent, the following is not allowed:

• Selling the content
• Editing the material in a way that alters its original quality or intent
• Using it for commercial purposes beyond the agreed scope

Clients are kindly requested to credit @GipsyMemories when sharing the content.

Delivery

• Delivery time ranges from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the service contracted.
• Content is delivered digitally.

Real-Time Content

Gipsy Memories may share content in real time during the event unless the client requests otherwise in advance.
